Dr. Elizabeth Fiorino, Board Member

Dr. Elizabeth Fiorino is currently an Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine. She graduated from Williams College in 1998 and then from New York Medical College in 2002. She completed her pediatrics residency at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, where she was also Chief Resident, and her pulmonary fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. In 2020, she earned a Master of Science in Health Professions Education from Hofstra University. Dr. Fiorino is both a clinician and medical educator.

Dr. Fiorino is a member of the Children’s Interstitial and Diffuse Lung Disease Research Network and is a co-director of the American Thoracic Society Special Interest Group for the Network. Dr. Fiorino is a member of the executive committee of the Pediatric Pulmonary Training Directors Association and the Web Committee of the American Thoracic Society. Her clinical mission is to improve diagnosis, care, and quality of life for children with rare lung disease.
