Dr. Katelyn Krivchenia, Board Member
Dr. Katelyn Krivchenia is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at The Ohio State University. She received her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and stayed in Columbus for her Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency. She completed her pulmonary fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH. Dr. Krivchenia currently cares for infants, children, and young adults with lung disease while helping to train future pediatric pulmonologists.
In 2021, Dr. Krivchenia started an Interstitial and Rare Lung Disease clinic at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and has been a part of the Children’s Interstitial and Diffuse Lung Disease Research Network since 2020. Her other interests include working with non-profit organizations who strive to support children and their families in non-medical ways. She recognizes how hard families work to provide children with chronic disease a life of love, health, and independence. Dr. Krivchenia is excited to join the chILD Foundation Board of Directors and become a part of such an amazing community. She lives in Columbus, OH and is raising 3 rambunctious children who love soccer, reading, and Zelda.
